The Site also allows Users to register in order to receive more information about Citeo Pro and the EPR.
The purpose of the General Terms and Conditions of Use is to define the conditions under which Citeo Pro allows Users to access and use the Site. They are applicable from the time they are put on line and for the entire time the Site is made available by Citeo Pro.
Use of the Site by the User is free of charge, except for the cost of the Internet connection, which is borne by the User.

Acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions of Use conditions the granting, free of charge, of a revocable, non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable, personal right, with no right to sub-licence, to use the Site for an indefinite period and for the whole world. Unless expressly indicated to the contrary, this right of use excludes the right for the User to modify, copy, translate, disseminate, publish, transmit, distribute, produce, display or transfer the rights to the Site or its elements for any reason whatsoever, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, in return for payment or free of charge. The User undertakes, on his/her own behalf and on behalf of his/her representatives, to use the Site only for the purposes described in these General Terms and Conditions of Use. Similarly, it is expressly stated that Citeo Pro retains exclusive ownership of all intellectual property rights relating to the structure and content of the database developed on its initiative and at its expense, protected by the provisions of articles L.341-1 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code.
All rights of reproduction, representation and adaptation as well as extraction and re-use of the data are reserved, including for downloadable documents and iconographic and photographic representations.
In accordance with the French Intellectual Property Code, any representation, reproduction, modification, distortion or extraction, in whole or in part, of the pages, data or any other component of the Site, by any process or medium whatsoever, including downloadable documents and iconographic and photographic representations, is prohibited and constitutes, without the prior authorisation of the publisher or the holders of the rights, an infringement of copyright which may incur the civil and criminal liability of its author.

However, the User acknowledges that he/she is aware of the limitations of the Internet network and recognises that it is impossible to guarantee the total security of data exchanges against the risks of misappropriation or piracy.
Citeo Pro cannot guarantee that the operation of the Site will be uninterrupted and/or that its content is error-free.
In particular, Users are informed that the Site may be suspended without notice for maintenance and data updates necessary for its proper operation.
